Role Overview The Technical Specialist is a subject‑matter expert responsible for the design, deployment, optimization, and advanced support of technical systems. He/She ensures the availability, performance, security, and compliance of the platforms under their responsibility, while actively contributing to technology transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 3 (L3) support and lead the resolution of complex, high‑impact incidents Perform in‑depth incident analysis (Root Cause Analysis – RCA) and propose corrective and preventive actions Implement sustainable technical solutions to improve system stability, reliability, and performance Create, maintain, and continuously improve the Knowledge Base (KB) , including procedures, runbooks, and technical documentation Actively participate in the training and technical onboarding of new joiners Identify and implement automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and operational risks Contribute to the enhancement of operational processes and ensure compliance with SLA/SLO commitments Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams in the context of projects or major incidents
