German/English Claim Investigator and Recovery Associate

Job Description: At this moment, we are looking for a German/English Speaking Claim Investigator and Recovery Associate for our Team in Casablanca. You will be responsible for: Investigating the validity of the credit insurance claim, negotiating and resolving trade conflicts, recovering outstanding claims; Cooperating with colleagues and local offices;

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in international trade and insurance claims is preferred. Fluent in German, both written and spoken. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage a high volume of investigation and recovery cases, and complete tasks and reports within deadlines. Excellent negotiation skills and strong report-writing abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
